If you like you can take your time in Hillsborough, taking a taxi to Tyrrel Bay to meet Scorpio at anchor for the evening.
Day 7: Today you will sail to Grenada (Sailing Time 6hrs) leaving Carriacou after breakfast you can see the windward side of the island if the weather permits or the leeward if not. Either way we keep close inshore where there's plenty to see along the way. We chose an anchorage along Grenada's southern coast or off its capital town St Georges depending upon you departure schedule the next day.
Day 8: Time permitting, a swim or a stroll round St Georges before leaving for the airport for your flight home.
Please Note: Your Captain may change the itinerary, depending on weather, timescale and of course your personal choice. Many variations can be made to this itinerary depending on your wishes; your Captain will do his best to accommodate them. For instance if you decide you would like to spend another day somewhere along the way, try another dive site, or you simply don't fancy the long days sail to Grenada, it may be possible to depart Scorpio in Carriacou taking the fast ferry service (or an inter-island flight) to Grenada to meet you flight home.
You could also choose to start you charter by flying into Grenada, Carriacou, Union Island or Cancouan if you wish, you itinerary can easily accommodate this.
Scuba divers may wish to revise the itinerary to allow more time for diving - again this easilly accomplished.
All meals are provided for you aboard Scorpio - we will email you regarding preferences once you have confirmed your booking. However we do expect that we dine out at least one evening during your charter, we are happy to recommend restaurants which, we hope, will live up to your expectations.
